Intended to post something else for tonight, right morning, actually but guess that have to wait for another time. Just that this issue has been lingering in my mind lately. 'Bias', to be inclined to a certain perspective in the act of making a decision or delivering opinions. We've heard alot of people saying people are bias, wherever you go, in work, school or practically just living. Just a mere incantation of the word bias, the people around you goes sour and putrid cause immediately words such as 'unfair', 'disadvantageous' or 'favouritism' came across their minds. We all just know that being bias is bad. Full stop.

Therefore, what the hell is bothering me right? Being a person who well, during his free time, explores what its like looking at a different perspective, realised this. Biasness, to a certain extent is not unfair. Yes, I can hear 'gasps' from some people who are reading this, but this will further be explained later on. Before we can understand as to how I came to such a blasphemous remark, we need to understand the meaning of biasness.

Biasness has been with us for well, practically since the time we learn to know what it means. When we say, hey that guy is being so bias cause he's a friend of that other person. Sounds familiar? Definately everyone feels frustrated or angered that things doesn't go their way, so we feel like we're being turned away. Some time, people do not use the word 'bias' the right way such in the case that the teacher giving a student higher mark compared to another student cause he's the child of someone that he/she is friends with. That is irrational. Most of the time, people do use the word 'bias' in context, such as in the case an employer giving an employee a higher pay cause he works better and gives a higher service compared to someone who just comes to work for the sake of work.

Now that you see that image, alot of people tend to use the word 'bias' correctly when presented with the right information regarding the issue or its just plain obvious. Though there are also people who use the word 'bias' just because they feel jealous of other people's efforts.

So now that we know and see the two sides of using the word 'bias', be someone who uses the word as it is define as, not as a way to show the pathetic side of you just because someone else is better than you.
